Pet policy

Dogs are limited to 30 pounds and must not be on the dangerous breeds list. No exceptions will be allowed.

All pets must be under the owner's control at all times: inside an approved fence, on a leash, or inside the home. At no time is a pet allowed to run freely inside the park or be kept on a tether/run. Doing so will void the lease agreement.

Certified service animals are not pets and the above fees/limitations do not apply.

Leasee agrees to immediately remove any animal from the property that is deemed to be aggressive by the landlord.
